Behzad Sezari

Student assistant Campuslab DCA

I am Master Student of Internet Technology and Information Systems(ITIS) at Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover. I focused on and passionate about Datamining and online Machine Learning for predictions and data-analysis. In Leibniz Uni  am doing my Research Project: "Online Feature Selection for Textual Streams". Twitter sentiment analysis is one of its application.

I am also a Research/Student Assistant at Campslab - which is part of Goettingen Center for Digital Humanities (GCDH). Under supervision of Dr. P.Lendvai at Campuslab - Digitization and Computational Analysis (DCA)- we focus on digital and data-analytic methods in the Humanities and Social Sciences by means of data science methods (i.e. NLP) such as Mappings and Distributional Semantic approaches. These methods take advantage of Artificial Neural Networks and highly parallel computations.

I am engaged in: structuring, analysis, simulation and prediction using language-informed machine learning and statistical analysis applied on semi- or unstructured data to convert them to machine readable networks and knowledge bases for the philological and social domains.
